Quote-to-cash & integrations

From signed deal to paid invoice, without re-keying

We connect the systems between a closed deal and a paid invoice: CPQ (such as DealHub), CRM-to-ERP sync with NetSuite and similar ERPs, and custom API integrations. It's for teams that copy quotes, orders and customer data between tools by hand.

  • NetSuite and QuickBooks
  • Failure alerts built in
  • Connectors first, code where needed

Sound familiar?

  • Re-keying every deal

Quotes, orders and customer data copied between tools by hand.

    One closed deal flows through

  • Errors found at month-end

A failed sync or a typo surfaces when finance closes the books.

    Logged runs and failure alerts

  • Two versions of revenue

CRM and ERP numbers never quite agree.

How it works

Your fixed-scope quote sets out the timeline before any work starts.

  1. Discovery

Walk us through your quote-to-cash process and we'll show you where it breaks. Then a fixed-scope quote.

  2. Design

Which data moves where, and when: connectors where they fit, custom code where they don't.

  3. Build

Integrations built with logged runs and failure alerts from day one.

  4. Launch & support

Go live with everything documented in your own accounts, then optional monthly RevOps support.

FAQs

Quote-to-cash questions

Do you use connectors or custom code?

Whichever is simplest to maintain. We use native and marketplace connectors where they fit, and write custom code only where they don't.

What happens when an integration fails?

Every integration we build logs its runs and alerts a named person on failure, so problems get fixed rather than discovered at month-end.

Which ERPs do you work with?

NetSuite most often, plus QuickBooks and other ERPs with a usable API. Ask about yours on the discovery call.

Which CPQ tools do you set up?

CPQ tools such as DealHub, configured with your products, pricing rules and approval flows, and tied to the CRM deal. Ask about yours on the discovery call.

Who owns the integrations?

You do. Everything we build lives in your own accounts and is documented as we go, so another developer can pick it up. You're never locked in.

How is integration work priced?

After a discovery call, we send a fixed-scope quote: what we'll deliver, the timeline and a fixed price. Ongoing support is a monthly RevOps support retainer.
